Hi Everyone and Welcome to our New and Improved web site! We have worked very long and hard on this upgrade. It will take a little getting used to for our loyal customers (and us as well!) but we are sure that it will simplify the order system. We have done as much testing as we can, and we think we've worked out all kinks... However, please let me know if you find something that isn't working or is an obvious error.

We have also added a secure capture service for collecting credit card information. This means we pay extra for a special server that will collect your credit card information online, without you calling us. This is completely safe, and should eliminate some of our phone call backlogs, and customer frustration with us not being available at all hours of the day and night! However, we are still happy to help you over the phone, if you have questions or need advice. Customer service is very important to us.

Please bear with us while we iron out any wrinkles... I have noticed a few differences between the cart calculations and how I calculate the Bulk Ring Discounts, so you might see a difference with your final order... we will work on these issue as well!
